The hotel is amazing in every way. The room is spacious and clean, with spectacular mountain view. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; a special shout out to Andrew for the amazing guidance on the local attractions. The breakfast was simply delicious; with cook to order eggs and coffee. We love the coin laundry as well. Simply sum up, it's perfect!

An amazing hotel well located and with beautiful views to the Eiger. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast variety and quality are top end.

I can't even begin to tell you the words. This place is heaven on earth and if not, it gets damn close. The walk to the lake takes an hour, you can slide and have the fun of your life with newly forged friendships, have the best meal ever in the restaurant and get to meet the wonderful staff and the local population there, watch the sunset at the lake or watch the sunrise if you wake up early in your bed. The day you will spend here will be one for the ages, please don't miss out!

Many thanks to the staff who took care of everything for us. Highly recommend the hotel. We had to leave early in the morning and they took care of food bags for us. The spa is perfect.
