Lovely hotel in the old town. easy to reach from the train station, either by bus or on foot. very quiet, comfortable beds, clean, espresso machine and water at your disposal. Good breakfast, great staff. Dinner was superb. we arrived on a Sunday which meant that the hotel and restaurant were closed but everything was organised for our arrival. thank you all for your kindness and helpfulness. we will surely come back.

The hotel Berchtold with its own parking garage is very centrally located in the shopping quarter, only 1 minute's walk from the station.

- very good breakfast - friendly staff, they let me do late checkout - small fridge in the room - tea maker available on request - quite spacious bathroom with a bath tube - just metres away from Burgdorf train station - very good wifi quality - excellent bar onsite

Really nice interior design, very spacious room. Checking was easy and we had a free parking for the car. The hotel is very centrally located only a few steps from the town center.

Very unique experience, cosy little town. Prices were reasonable given the location and the fact you're staying in a medieval castle. Free castle- museum tour included. Excellent proximity to Bern and Interlaken.
