the Hotspring was so nice and love the convenience of having it just below the rooms. ocean view was exceptional. no point if stay in the non ocean view room.

The best test of service is when something goes wrong. At 4am a hot water system on the floor above failed, flooding our room. A call to the emergency number was answered straight away and we were in a substitute room 20 minutes later. The follow up the next day was excellent. That’s true service and care for guests.
