It was so handy to the Beach. I loved that it had the pool just there and that it had a washing machine and dryer as I’d been on the road.

The Beach Motel Hervey Bay is situated in tropical gardens directly across from Shelly Beach. The motel offers simple, value accommodation and is a great starting point for Fraser Island.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was very spacious and loved that there was a water jug in the room! Beach right across the road was nice and the pool was refreshing for our short stay too!

It didn’t look promising being just off a main road, but once inside it’s a little oasis of calm. It was exceptionally clean, spacious and has everything you need. We only stayed a night but you could easily stay longer if you don’t mind driving to places such as Hervey Bay.

Property was fine. Rooms were large enough, kitchenette was suitable and bathroom was fine. Was here with one friend. Forgot my iPad but that was quickly arranged. Extra plus are the ducks and turtles in the river.
